Personal Training

During 2010 we'll be running a series of Fitness Improvement Weeks. Get a group of your friends, book at least 4 of our rooms, and we'll ensure you're given a tailored week of exercise and diet (with some latitude for holiday!)

Each week will be led by a qualified personal trainer who will provide one-on-one consultations, an individual training session and a series of group activities including power-walking, circuit training and water aerobics. All in the most beautiful surroundings.

These weeks will be hard work but fun, you will lose weight, gain fitness and feel fabulous. We won't starve you, the food will be plentiful, organic and tasty and we'll ensure that you can get some cold beer or fine wine as a reward. Contact us for more details.
